Returns & Faulty Items Policy 

At Infin8 Design & Print Ltd, every product is custom-made to your order.

That means all garments, signs, stickers, workwear, and merchandise are made to your approved brief and specification.

As a result, we operate a strict no return, no refund policy - except in cases of proven manufacturing faults.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds For :

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Spelling or artwork errors once you’ve approved the design

  • Colour or style preferences not raised prior to sign off

  • Delays caused by stock, suppliers, couriers, or missed deadlines on your end

  • Uncollected goods

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Third party complaints or resale issues (e.g. your customer not liking the product, or resale concerns)

  • Items you claim are "not fit for purpose" without a fault we can inspect

All customers are expected to review proofs carefully and confirm they’re happy before any production begins.

What We Will Do If There Is A Fault

If you believe there is a genuine manufacturing defect or production error:

​

 

  1. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. You must provide clear photos and a written description of the issue

  3. The faulty item(s) must be returned to us for inspection (if requested)

 

If, after inspection, we confirm a production fault, we will:

​

 

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace the faulty item, or

  • Refund the value of that individual item (at our discretion)

 

We do not refund full orders unless the majority of the batch is proven faulty.

Raising a concern with one item does not justify cancelling or refunding the full order.

Our Right To Fix First 

Under UK consumer law, we are legally allowed to attempt a repair or replacement before a refund is offered.

We will always work with you to resolve any proven issue, but a refund will never be the first option, and certainly not for non faulty items.

Limitation Of Liability 

Infin8 Design & Print Ltd will not be held responsible for any of the following:

​

 

  • Loss of business, income, or profit caused by delays, defects, or errors

  • Missed deadlines resulting from late approvals, courier issues, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Design or content errors that were approved by the customer at sign off stage

  • Product performance after customer use (e.g. washing, wear and tear, misuse)

  • Colour variation due to screen vs. print differences

  • Minor print or placement variations that fall within acceptable industry tolerances

  • Reputational damage caused by customer complaints outside of our control

  • Issues that arise after items have been resold, gifted, or distributed

 

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the affected item(s) only.

Under no circumstances will we be liable for refunding, replacing, or compensating beyond the actual cost of production for confirmed faulty items.

Abusive Claims & Bulk Order Protections

If you place a bulk or business order (e.g. hoodies for a group, staff uniforms, or resellable merch):

  • We treat the job as a business to business (B2B) contract, not a consumer sale

  • You are expected to inspect a sample or approve the design before full production

  • You cannot reject or refund an entire batch due to isolated faults or after resale

  • You are not entitled to a refund because your customer changed their mind or your business model depends on resale

Defamation, False Claims & Online Conduct 

We take our reputation seriously.

By placing an order with Infin8 Design & Print Ltd, you agree not to post or publish any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about our business, staff, or services - whether online, in reviews, on social media, or elsewhere.

 

If there is a genuine issue, we expect it to be raised with us directly and given a fair opportunity to resolve it. Posting inaccurate or exaggerated claims without allowing us to investigate and respond may result in:

​

 

  • Legal action for defamation or reputational damage

  • Removal requests to the platform(s) involved

  • Termination of any current or future service

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses our team, misuses our review systems, or attempts to publicly damage our business without grounds.

Final Note From Infin8 Design & Print Ltd 

We’re a creative business with high standards, and we’ll always put things right if we’ve made a genuine mistake.

But we cannot and will not offer refunds or reprints where there’s no clear fault or where a customer changes their mind after production begins.
