Delivery & Turn Around Policy

Delivery & Turnaround Policy 

At Infin8 Design & Print Ltd, all of our products are custom made to order.

That means production times vary depending on the size, complexity, and time of year.

Production Times

Our standard turnaround is usually 7 - 10 working days from:​

  • Full payment received, and

  • Final artwork approval.

Turnaround does not begin from the date of your enquiry or order placement.

Large orders, peak periods, or stock delays may extend this - we will always aim to advise you in advance if this is the case.

 

If your order is time sensitive, you must inform us before placing your order.

Rush Orders 

If you need an order turned around urgently, we may offer a rush service depending on workload and stock availability.

This may carry an additional fee, and must be agreed in writing prior to payment.

 

Rush orders cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by a member of the team.

Delivery & Couriers

Once your order is complete, we can ship it via a tracked courier service.

Delivery typically takes 1 - 3 working days, depending on your location and the courier.

 

Please note:

 

  • We use third party courier services (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail, DX, Parcel Force)

  • Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed

  • We are not liable for courier delays once goods leave our premises

 

If you miss your delivery or input an incorrect address, any redelivery or replacement costs will be your responsibility.

Collections 

Local customers may collect orders from our unit once notified it’s ready.

  • Collection must be within 14 days unless otherwise arranged

  • Uncollected goods may be stored, repurposed, or disposed of after 30 days

  • Payment is still due regardless of whether items are collected

Delays Or Missed Deadlines

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Delays caused by your lack of communication, late approvals, or delayed payment

  • Stock shortages or supplier issues outside of our control

  • Courier delays, strikes, or failed deliveries

  • Missed deadlines that weren’t confirmed and agreed in writing

 

If you have a critical event deadline, you must notify us before payment and we will confirm if it’s achievable.

We will never guarantee a delivery date unless agreed in writing.

Refunds Due TO Delivery Issues

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Missed event deadlines

  • Delayed couriers

  • Late approvals

  • Products delivered after your personal expectations if no deadline was confirmed in writing

 

If a delivery is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve it, but timelines for investigation are set by them, not us.

Summary 

  • Standard turnaround: 7 - 10 working days from payment + approval

  • Delivery: 1 - 3 working days via tracked courier

  • Rush jobs: Only if agreed in writing (may include extra charge)

  • Missed deadlines or delivery delays are not our liability unless a written agreement is in place
